The purpose is to open and teach Government Industrial Science (Kyaiklat) with the following objectives:(A)To enable all those who pass the university entrance examination in the region to study engineering in their own area.(B)To be able to teach modern engineering skills.(C) To be able to produce qualified engineers who con benefit the State and its citizens.(D) To develop and nurture knowledgeable human resources.
